Return Policy

We strive to offer a smooth experience and the highest level of customer service throughout your entire process of your purchase with KJ Clothier. With that in mind, we have set guidelines for returns and exchanges. Please reach out to angie@kjclothier.com if you have any questions regarding shipping and returns.

Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be fulfilled. You will receive an email with the status of your order as items are shipped.


Returns

To start a return, please visit our return portal HERE 

Returns may be sent back to 1626 FREDERICA ROAD, SUITE 103 SAINT SIMONS ISLAND, GA 31522 within 14 days of the date the item is received by the customer. We offer the opportunity to return for exchange or store credit upon completion or the return request. (FAILURE TO PUT THE SUITE # ON THE PACKAGE WILL RESULT IN DELAY OR ITEM BEING HELD AT THE SHIPPING FACILITY)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any returns sent back with deodorant stains, makeup stains or pet hair or smoke scent will be refused for return.

Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange and all returns must be unused in the same condition they were received with tags, as long as the item was purchased at FULL PRICE.

Additional non-returnable items:
Earrings and some accessories
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some home goods including Brumate, Dock & Bay, Mugs, and Towels.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as the return and exchanges slip included in your package.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will be rejected.
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer free return shipping.


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. THAT INCLUDES COUPON CODES AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS. If the sale item is damaged when it's received, please notify us upon receiving the item at angie@kjclothier.com.

All bralettes, swimsuits, silicone bras, brumates, home goods and sunglasses are non-refundable, as well. Please email angie@kjclothier.com if you are unsure about the refund status of a product.

Store Credit
ALL store credit will be issued by email on a gift card! The gift card can be used for in store and online purchases with the code sent. To use the gift card in store, please print the gift card and present it at checkout. Items purchased from the KJ CLOTHIER APP CANNOT BE RETURNED TO ANY STORE FRONT LOCATION.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you. If the item is no longer available in our store, the item will not be honored for exchange or store credit.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying a fee of $7 for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or store credit due to damage or issues, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item is received past the 14 day period, you will be responsible for return shipping costs or a $10 restocking fee. KJ Clothier reserves the right to decline any returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. PLEASE ALLOW 2 WEEKS ON PROCESSING RETURNS.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY SHIPPING! ONCE THE ITEM LEAVES OUR FACILITIES IT'S IN THE HANDS OF THE SHIPPING COMPANY. If you need an item by a certain date, we recommend upgrading to faster shipping. Our flat rate option is 5-7 days shipping time. 

Holiday Season Shipping
Holiday seasons are our busiest times of the year. Please be patient with us and allow 7-10 business days for your items to be shipped. If you live outside of the state of Georgia and need your item in a timely manner, please specify and select express shipping if needed. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY SHIPPING! ONCE THE ITEM LEAVES OUR FACILITIES IT'S IN THE HANDS OF THE SHIPPING COMPANY.
